Welcome to JGC Management - Where Diverse Creators Shine!

About Me:
I'm Jenny Callaghan, a talent manager and producer, and I have a special focus on diverse storytellers within the comedy and entertainment spheres. In 2019, I founded JGC Management to be a part of the wave of change for diverse representation in media. My journey has been marked by a commitment to nurturing and promoting underrepresented voices that are shaping the future of the entertainment industry.

My Story:
My path in the entertainment world has been defined by my passion and dedication. Not only have I been a trailblazer in my field, but I've also been a driving force behind the movement for increased diversity in media. My background includes being a 2020 Fellow of the prestigious Producers Guild of America Power of Diversity Master Workshop and serving as an executive producer on the Imagen Award nominated and Gracie Award winning Amazon Prime Video special, "Gina Brillon: The Floor is Lava."

My Experience and Expertise:
With eight years of invaluable experience as the VP of Operations and Manager at Arsonhouse Entertainment, I've honed my skills as a day-to-day manager for renowned comedians like Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias, Jo Koy, and Cristela Alonzo, among others. Prior to that, I spent eight years in various marketing roles at Live Nation Entertainment and Clear Channel Radio, gaining a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics.

My Current Ventures:
I'm constantly pushing boundaries, currently working on developing TV and film projects while growing touring business for my clients.  In addition, I'm passionately producing and co-directing "Deliver Us," a feature-length documentary that sheds light on the vital role of midwives in addressing the Black maternal mortality crisis. This powerful film follows the journeys of four Black midwives across the United States, advocating for and empowering mothers in their care.

My Unique Perspective:
Born and raised in Southern California, my distinct worldview is enriched by my Thai and Peruvian heritage. I bring a unique blend of cultural insights to my work, fostering a rich tapestry of stories and experiences.
